Sam Altman, the CEO of OpenAI, is seeking funds for what would be a revolutionizing chip in the semiconductor sector.
During the ousting of Sam Altman in late '23, there were rumors of him seeking large sums from the Saudi welfare fund to develop a chip - without telling the board members.
He is now in talks with investors in the U.A.E. Government, with experts estimating the project could raise between $5 trillion and $7 trillion.
